Mobile Learning: Are You and Your Team on Board?

For most of the last century, workplace learning has had a similar look and feel: employees are required to fill up a classroom where they would be lectured, expected to take notes, and then required to implement these newly learned behaviors. If you were lucky enough, you could do these training sessions once a month, have a very high participation rate, pound the drums on the same things you spoke about in the last meeting, and eventually achieve the results that you were originally after.
