We review Talent Community member resumes to see if there’s someone who might be a good fit, often before the position is even posted to the public. If we see a potential candidate, we reach out to talk about the opportunity further. There’s one condition: You have to give us your resume. You have the option to include it when you sign up, or you can email us later to add or update it.
