"I don’t have time to look for a different job (or internship).”
“How did Frank get that job? I’m more qualified and looking for something just like that!”
“I don’t know anything about this company, so I’m not sure I’m going to apply.”
I’ll take your three job search complaints and raise you one simple solution: Join our Talent Community. A Talent Community is a group of individuals who have submitted their resumes to or shown interest in working for a company. It takes 30 seconds and zero dollars to invest in your future career at Great West Casualty Company. Here are the perks you’ll get when you join.
1. Job Alerts in Your Inbox
When you join our Talent Community, you select an area of interest. When a new job is posted for your selected area of interest, you will receive an email alert. No additional searching required! Just click apply, and you may be on your way to a new career.
2. Priority Resume Review
Our recruiting team frequently talks about finding the right fit for the right jobs. Rather than playing a game of “Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?” when a job opening comes our way, we start by looking at our Talent Community. We review Talent Community member resumes to see if there’s someone who might be a good fit, often before the position is even posted to the public. If we see a potential candidate, we reach out to talk about the opportunity further. There’s one condition: You have to give us your resume. You have the option to include it when you sign up, or you can email us later to add or update it.
