KNOW THE DEFENSE
- Avoid distractions while walking.
- Pay attention to where you walk.
- Avoid hazardous areas.
- Walk in well-lit areas or use a flashlight.
- Obey hazard warning signs.
- Do not carry objects that obstruct your view.
- Wear shoes with slip-resistant soles.
- Tie your shoelaces.
